After acceptance of manuscripts for publication, Saberes Educativos Magazine is free to reproduce the contents for dissemination purposes, giving due credit to the authors. The latter will keep the intellectual property and the rights recognized by law.

The submission and evaluation of material received by the journal implies that the authors are aware of and accept the following conditions:

- Authors retain copyright and assign to the journal the right of first publication, as well as authorize the reproduction and/or translation of the manuscript by the journal.

- Regarding rights of use, Saberes Educativos is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License, which allows third parties to copy, distribute, display and perform the work, provided that they attribute it to the author and indicate that the first publication was made in this journal, without distributing derivative works based on the original and without pursuing commercial purposes.

- After first publication of the manuscript in this journal, authors are free to make other contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the article (e.g., publication in a book), provided that they expressly state that the original publication of the work was in this journal.

- The authors expressly release the Centro de Estudios Saberes Docentes de la Universidad de Chile from any responsibility for any legal, contractual or regulatory infringement that may be committed or may have been committed in relation to the work, and are obliged to repair to the institution any damage resulting from the infringement of the aforementioned rights.

- Authors are allowed to publish their work on the Internet (for example, in institutional or personal pages), as a working paper or preprint, before or during the review and publication process. This can lead to productive exchanges and a greater and faster dissemination of the published work.
