Abstract

This article is part of the research applied in the curricular activity "Thematic and problematic of gender in vocational training", whose protagonists are students of different undergraduate careers of a private-confessional university of the Metropolitan region. In the first place, the article presents the theoretical foundation which gives an account of the historical trajectory of the feminist movement and at the same time highlights the importance of reflexive thought in Higher Education institutions. Then, the methodological foundation describes the epistemological constructionism and the qualitative approach to the study, as well as the design and implementation of the reflection group on the construction of femininity in the university classroom. Finally, the research findings present a synthesis of the systematized discursive practices through critical analysis and the conclusions relate these results with reports about the current situation of women.
