Abstract

In recent years, social awareness driven by feminist movements has had a significant impact on universities, creating an enabling environment for the implementation and strengthening of gender equality and equity policies. Thus, many universities have recognized the need to promote actions and measures against gender roles and stereotypes, which will allow them to promote the full inclusion of women without bias or gaps.
