Abstract

This research presented in this article explores inclusive leadership within higher education communities in Mexico, focusing on its impact on society through the education of thousands of young people. Employing a qualitative approach combining bibliographic review and ethnography, the study examines the presence and development of inclusive leadership among management, faculty, and administrative teams at the National Polytechnic Institute. It addresses the complexities of paradigm shifts and strategies for fostering equity and inclusion within school communities. The study concludes by highlighting the theoretical implications for practical inclusivity strategies aimed at enhancing communal well-being through lived experiences rather than mere rhetoric.
