In the context of the New Mexican School, school supervision leadership plays a crucial role in the development and success of educational institutions. School supervisors manage daily activities and inspire, motivate and guide the educational community towards academic excellence. In this new educational era, school leadership becomes a fundamental pillar to positively transform education in Mexico. However, the figure of the supervisor has been diluted in the eyes of leadership studies. Through documentary and analytical research, this article explores the idea of their mobilizing role in schools, deriving in a proposal to rethink school supervision through the development of their leadership.
